Required Experience
BA/BS in Finance, Computer Science or Mathematics
2+ years of experience in the banking industry, particularly supporting treasury, fx or trading systems.
Knowledge of database and SQL query is preferred.

Keep the knowledge base updated with new changes and procedures
Communicate with users about the status of issues
Follow up with product and technology teams about the status of the issue
Send monthly reports to customers
Support user testing and product releases
